Sleep

A couple months (?) ago, I remember noticing that I was only waking 1-2 times a night to feed W.  Now that I think more about it, it may have only lasted a week or so.  Since then, he has been waking more like 7-9 times a night and I'm getting increasingly desperate for more rest...again.

In an effort to improve sleep matters, I finally started reading The No Cry Sleep Solution...and now wish that I hadn't waited to read this book.  This should have been on my list of books to read when W was a newborn, right after I finished The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding.

I started implementing some of the changes from the NCSS and want to keep a daily log of the progress.  I tend to not remember things like I used to, so writing it down helps.

Anyway, here we go...
